You can buy a heat press online for under £100. A sublimation printer and a box of blank mugs will cost you under £200 all in. Asda prints photo mugs same-day. Dozens of websites will auto-print your upload and post it tomorrow.
We are not going to pretend otherwise.
The mug is the easy part. What happens to your photo before it is printed - that is where most services cut corners.
Automated services print what they are given. They have no way to care about a face too close to the edge, a portrait that leaves half the mug blank, or a pet where the ears get cropped off. The service did not do anything wrong. It just did not look.

Do I need to design the mug myself?
No. Upload your photo, add any text you would like, and we handle the preparation. There is no complicated design tool.
What if my photo is not very good?
We will do what we can. Very blurry or very low-resolution images may still print with limitations. We will always be honest about that before running the order.
Can you use old or faded photos?
Often yes. We brighten and adjust where it helps. Very degraded images may still have limits, but we prepare everything as carefully as possible.
What if there is a problem you cannot fix?
We contact you before printing rather than running the order anyway.
